Employee Experience Architect

Dow Jones is seeking a People Experience Program Manager to optimize the employee journey across the People team. Based in London, you will work with People Experience, Operations, PBPs and Tech to embed an intuitive employee and manager perspective into core HR operations.

You will map journeys, surface friction, and propose practical improvements, using data and feedback to drive change while collaborating with global teams and process owners.
