Employee Experience & Engagement Strategist

Penningtons Manches Cooper is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to lead a holistic approach to engagement and wellbeing. You will partner with HR, communications and senior leaders to turn data into an outstanding employee experience.

You will design and monitor the employee experience strategy, run surveys and focus groups, develop campaigns, and drive initiatives that reflect our culture, values and commitment to wellbeing and inclusion.
