Empathetic Support Worker for Autism and Independent Living

Autism Plus in Leeds is seeking Support Workers to provide person-centred support to adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs in supported living services. The role covers varied shifts and requires empathetic, patient care.

You will work under Care Plans, assist with household tasks, health monitoring, and community activities, while respecting privacy and dignity. A fully paid 3-week induction is provided.
