Empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant - Flexible & Rewarding

Equal Teaching is seeking empathetic Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs at partner schools in Llandeilo, Wales. You don't need to be a qualified teacher; patience and the ability to build strong relationships are key.

You will provide one-to-one or small group support for learners with ALN, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH, assist classroom staff, promote a calm learning environment, and help pupils gain independence and confidence.
