Empathetic Housing & Welfare Support Officer for Asylum Seekers

Mears Group in Portrush is seeking a Housing Support Officer to help asylum seekers through their Home Office right-to-work process. You will provide practical and emotional support, address safeguarding and welfare needs, and keep accurate records for compliance.

The role combines property management with person-centred support, managing a portfolio of homes across the region, coordinating move-ins, inspections and ensuring contractual standards while safeguarding service users.
