Empathetic 1:1 Teaching Assistant for EHCP Support

Fynamore Primary School in Calne is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a named pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The role involves delivering targeted academic, emotional and social support within a small group or whole class setting.

You will work with a caring team, communicate with staff, pupils and parents, and participate in delivering EHCP interventions while promoting the pupil's emotional well-being and progress.
