Job Description

School of Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics is seeking to appoint a Teaching Fellow to help deliver an excellent standard of education in our undergraduate programmes. We offer a range of programmes across Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic and Computer Engineering. Our teaching is research-led with significant practical laboratory work. Our staff and students come from all over the world, fostering a friendly and inclusive culture. We support colleagues through family-friendly policies, including flexible working and support for staff returning from extended leave.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering teaching to ensure high-quality student experience in various settings from tutorials to lectures.
  • Adapting and developing teaching materials.
  • Setting and marking assessments with timely feedback to aid student development.

We are looking for a candidate with expertise in electrical machines and power electronics.
