Emerging Theatre Director: Young Company Lead, Bristol

Bristol Old Vic is seeking an emerging theatre director to join the Engagement department as Young Company Director on a fixed-term basis. You will lead weekly Young Company sessions and co-create performances with young artists across the South West.

The role focuses on creative delivery over the residency year, directing two Young Company productions and two one-week summer schools, while maintaining high artistic standards within the department.
