Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing and delivering comprehensive emerging talent programmes-including apprenticeships and graduate programmes-within Veolia.
  • Drive talent acquisition and development initiatives; build key partnerships with educational institutions and create effective learning pathways for emerging talent.
  • Responsible for the full life cycle of emerging talent programmes: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, reward, recognition and benefits, progression, performance, retain/exit and alumni.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success and participant development.
  • Oversee the apprenticeship provision, including early careers and upskilling, utilizing this learning intervention to drive career learning through Veolia while maximizing the spend of Veolia's apprenticeship levy.
Requirements
  • Previous recruitment experience in either agency or in house environments-ideally within early careers, graduates or apprenticeships.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience and expertise in programme development, stakeholder management and apprenticeship frameworks.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, with Workday knowledge being advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative working skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
