Emerging Talent Lead: Apprenticeships & Early Careers

Veolia Group is seeking an Emerging Talent Manager to lead and deliver our early careers strategy. The role focuses on developing robust apprenticeship and graduate programs, while forging strong partnerships with education institutions and internal stakeholders.

You will drive end-to-end talent initiatives, from attraction through to alumni management, and oversee the apprenticeship levy to maximise funding while ensuring high-quality learning pathways for participants.
