Estelle Manor, a rural retreat in Oxfordshire near Witney, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The role offers on target earnings with a base salary and gratuities, under a 45 hour week, with hourly pay model and OTE projected.

You will assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, drive menu concepts, manage allergen and nutrition briefs, and uphold health and safety standards, reporting to senior kitchen leadership.
