Emerging Artist Mentee: Participatory Arts & Community

GemArts invites applications for an emerging artist assistant to support the Cultural Threads participatory arts project in Gateshead. You will work with a mentor artist to help produce artwork with community members, install the exhibition, and support evaluation through diaries and reflections.

The role is paid at £25 per hour for weekly 2-hour sessions over at least six weeks, with a focus on anti-racist practice and engagement with diverse communities.
