Emergency Department Flow Navigator

The NHS in Bristol is looking for an Emergency Department Tracker to support operational flow and delivery of care in the Adults Emergency Department. The role includes tracking patients, data entry onto systems, and facilitating timely patient movement.

The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The post holder will need to liaise with various teams to resolve challenges effectively.
