Emergency Control Room Officer (4 on/4 off)

Humberside Police is seeking a Contact Officer to be the first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls in the Force Control Room. You will make split-second decisions, capture and maintain information, and communicate effectively under pressure.

The role includes working a 24 hour shift pattern for full-time staff with 20% shift allowances, and a tea-time shift for part-time staff. The position offers progression within the Force Control Room and a range of benefits.
