Emergency Care Dispatcher - Out-of-Hours Support

Hales Home Care in Norwich is recruiting for Out of Hours staff to join our Emergency Duty Team. The role involves answering emergency calls from service users, family members, Care Managers and Care Workers, and supporting them with their queries.

Pay rate is £13.00 per hour. A driving licence isn't required, but you must be able to get to the branch reliably for your shifts. Full induction training is provided to successful candidates.
