DescriptionSupport the P&FI Manager by driving the day-to-day operations of the Repair and Maintenance Program throughout Western Europe. Monitor repair and maintenance activities daily. Collaborate with Project Managers from the Worldwide (WW) Team and local vendors to ensure repairs are processed promptly, satisfactorily, and with high-quality execution. Take full ownership of inventory management into Arvato and for all Programs to ensure SLA compliance. Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for program efficiencies within your region. Create, distribute, and maintain training materials tailored to each vendor, reseller, and local team, managing translation and localization as needed. Work with the NPI team during launches to coordinate all 3D merchandising activities. Handle specific projects covering all of EMEIA, including supply management, order approvals, system management, vendor selection, and other development projects based on regional requirements. Maintain a close working relationship with the Worldwide team.
Minimum Qualifications- 3-5 years of retail or equivalent management experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, including budget control.
- Strong operations background.
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Word, Excel, and Keynote.
- Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills, with an understanding of the brand and Apple product knowledge.
- Supply chain or inventory management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Facilities & Maintenance practices.
