Position Summary The EMEA Head of Procurement for Tetris PDS is a senior leadership role responsible for driving procurement strategy, operations, and excellence across the EMEA region. This position holds a seat on the Tetris PDS board and plays a critical role in delivering cost-effective, high-quality procurement solutions that support our project development and delivery objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with Tetris PDS EMEA business objectives and JLL's global sourcing standards Provide strategic procurement input at board level, ensuring procurement considerations are integrated into all major business decisions Drive innovation in procurement practices to enhance competitive advantage and operational efficiency Operational Excellence Lead and manage the EMEA procurement function, ensuring optimal performance across all regional operations Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management processes Implement and maintain procurement best practices, policies, and procedures across the region Ensure compliance with JLL's global sourcing and procurement standards and local regulatory requirements Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional procurement leadership Collaborate effectively with project teams, business development, and operational stakeholders Manage key supplier relationships and strategic partnerships Interface with internal and external clients on procurement-related matters Performance Management Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, savings delivery, and operational metrics Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness Manage procurement budgets and financial performance within assigned parameters Team Leadership Lead, develop, and mentor the regional procurement team Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning Ensure appropriate skills development and succession planning within the team Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field Master's degree or professional procurement certification (CIPS, CPSM) preferred Minimum 10+ years of progressive procurement experience in construction, real estate, or related industries Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles with P&L or budget responsibility Experience in EMEA markets with understanding of regional business practices and regulations Core Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to influence at board level Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities Excellent negotiation and commercial contract management skills Proven track record in delivering cost savings and operational improvements Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder procurement projects Leadership Skills Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across diverse EMEA markets Change management and transformation experience Technical Skills Proficiency in procurement systems and technologies Advanced knowledge of contract law and commercial terms Understanding of construction and fit-out procurement processes Risk management and compliance expertise Key Relationships Internal: Tetris PDS COO, Global Procurement Leadership, Regional Business Leaders, Project Teams, Finance, Legal External: Strategic suppliers, subcontractors, industry partners, regulatory bodies Success Measures Achievement of annual cost savings & Alliance targets and procurement KPIs Supplier performance and satisfaction metrics Process efficiency improvements and cycle time reductions Stakeholder satisfaction scores and board-level recognition Team development and retention metrics Compliance and risk management performance Travel Requirements Up to 30% travel across EMEA region required This role offers the opportunity to shape procurement strategy for one of JLL's key business lines while working with a dynamic, high-performing team across the EMEA region.
