EMEA SMB Sales Director - Scale & Lead Teams

Figma is seeking a Director, SMB Sales (EMEA) to lead a high-performing team of frontline managers and Account Executives across the EMEA region. You will drive revenue growth by scaling the SMB business, aligning with Americas and JAPAC leaders, and shaping a globally consistent sales motion.

You will recruit and develop leaders, coach on forecast reviews and pipeline strategy, and leverage data to optimize performance across regions, product, and marketing.
