EMEA SMB Customer Success Team Lead

Guesty, a global hospitality tech company, is seeking a Customer Success Team Lead to manage SMB accounts across EMEA. Based remotely, you will lead a team of CSMs, drive retention, upsells, and overall portfolio growth while aligning customer success strategies with business goals.

You will collaborate with Operations, Sales and Onboarding, mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement across cultures and time zones.
