EMEA SMB & Mid-Market SaaS Growth Leader

WGSN is hiring a Sales Manager to lead our SMB & Mid-Market New Business team across EMEA. You will own an 8-person team of Business Development Managers and drive a £3.5m new business target, reporting to the Head of New Business.

You will combine commercial leadership, operational discipline and coaching to build a high-performance sales culture where data informs decisions and process scales the business across multiple markets.
