Primary Responsibilities
As EMEA Site Civil Business Class Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Building a best-in-class practice, including:
- Driving the community of practice
- Partnering with stakeholders to develop a network of Technical and Subject Matter Experts
- Developing mentoring and succession strategies
- Implementing communication strategies for knowledge sharing
- Developing tools and technical excellence standards
- Maintaining project delivery tools, standards, and workflows
- Collaborating with Digital Delivery on digital content and workflows
- Driving quality and leading quality initiatives
- Ensuring project teams leverage subject matter experts for optimal delivery
- Providing thought leadership and elevating technical profiles
- Fostering a culture of innovation
- Supporting strategic pursuits and interviews
- Recruiting and retaining top talent
- Enhancing client and market recognition through awards, publications, and speaking engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Civil Engineering
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10 years of experience
- Commitment to quality and HDR values
- Professional registration and experience managing diverse teams
- Collaborative working with leaders across functions
- Active participation in our employee-owned culture
