Job Description

Finastra, a global fintech software leader, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to lead the EMEA legal team from London. You will guide high-value customer engagements and negotiate software, SaaS, hosting, licensing, and services agreements with major financial institutions.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Product and senior leadership, provide pragmatic risk-based advice, and help strengthen Finastra's London hub while supporting growth across the region.
