EMEA Senior Director, People Partner - HR Strategy & Culture

Cytiva in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Director, People Partner EMEA to lead a large HR team and shape the associate experience across the region. You will partner with HRBPs, COEs, and Shared Services to deliver scalable, compliant execution and drive people initiatives with impact.

You will coach leaders, advance workforce planning, and strengthen governance while leveraging AI and analytics to improve decisions. This onsite role is based in Amersham and requires travel across EMEA.
