EMEA Sales Ops Director - AI-Driven GTM Leader

Temporal is seeking a Director of EMEA Sales Operations to serve as the dedicated GTM Ops partner for the region. You will drive territory design, quota allocation, and forecasting hygiene across UK/Ireland, DACH, Nordics, and Southern Europe, partnering with regional sales leadership and global GTM Ops.

You will champion an AI-native approach, embedding AI tools to accelerate analysis, surface insights, and automate workflows, while managing multi-country operations and complex enterprise
