EMEA Sales Manager - Fasteners

Responsibilities

• Implement competitive sales strategies to achieve core business growth objectives.
• Lead a dedicated and motivated sales team.
• Provide direction for segments, establishing clear goals, strategies, and initiatives.
• Drive necessary changes to achieve divisional financial and non financial metrics.
• Focus on employee sales training and account management.
• Be responsible for attaining plan objectives for the Fasteners EMEA business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales leadership role.
