EMEA Sales Development Manager - Lead Regional BDRs

Anthropic in Dublin is seeking a Sales Development Manager for EMEA to lead and grow our BDR function across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will build and manage a 6-8 person team, primarily in Dublin, partnering with regional AEs to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of EMEA sales development leadership, a track record of scaling teams, GDPR/EU AI Act awareness, and strong cross-cultural communication with fluency in multiple European markets.
