EMEA Revenue Operations Lead

Sigma is expanding across EMEA and seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to turn that plan into a working operation. You sit at the centre of the expansion, partnering with sales leaders to design systems, cadences and plans that let new markets scale quickly.

This role blends strategy and execution: you own market sequencing, headcount and capacity planning, forecasting, and annual planning across multiple countries.
