The EMEA Retail team is responsible for partnering with major retail partners to help protect all customers. The work we do directly impacts people's safety and we are looking for a talented Retail Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to identify new, nurture and grow existing partnerships across Central Europe partnering with internal teams to achieve revenue growth, customer product adoption and best in class channel execution. You are motivated by working as part of a broader culturally diverse regional team, curious about market trends, technology advancements and excited about making a real difference in an autonomous, fast paced consumer environment.
LocationThis role can be based in Ireland or Spain, or the UK, with occasional onsite attendance required as needed. We are currently only considering candidates already located in one of these countries and are not offering relocation support at this time.
About the Role- Manage and grow strategic retail partnerships across Central Europe to drive revenue and market growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing executive level partner relationships.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial performance across assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong retail execution and customer adoption.
- Analyze market and partner data to support sales strategy and business planning.
- Represent McAfee within the EMEA retail channel ecosystem and support regional growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular business updates to regional leadership.
- 10+ years of retail sales and account management experience across Central European markets.
- Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
- Mandatory experience in consumer software retail, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or subscription technology.
- Proven track record of growing strategic retail partnerships and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong executive level network across major retail and channel partners in EMEA.
- Experience managing forecasting, P&L performance, and cross functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of security software, AI driven solutions, or cloud native technologies is highly desirable.
- Highly self motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a fast paced international environment.
