EMEA Recruiter: Build Global Talent Pipeline

Oceaneering is seeking a Recruiter EMEA to drive talent acquisition across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and culture, design sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach through to offer acceptance.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong candidate experience while staying compliant with employment laws.
