EMEA People Operations Lead & Transformation

Pimco is seeking a People Operations Regional Lead/Manager for EMEA in London. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence and transformation in HR service delivery while managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. You'll also lead advanced initiatives involving AI and automation, working closely with HR Business Partners and various functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in HR operations across multi-country environments, specifically within the UK and EU, along with strong expertise in HR platforms like Workday and ServiceNow.
