Job Description- Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely payroll submission and reporting.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address queries from employees and stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local tax laws and employment regulations impacting payroll.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports for internal and external audits.
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the finance team with payroll budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR requirements.
A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (ADP) and local regulations within the EMEA region.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external payroll providers.
- Proficiency with payroll software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from €100,000 to €105,000 per annum.
