EMEA Payroll & Benefits Lead Consolidation & Compliance

StoneX Group seeks an experienced Manager, Payroll & Benefits - EMEA to lead payroll and benefits delivery across 13+ countries, guiding a dispersed team and serving as the regional payroll SME. You will partner across HR Ops, HR Tech, Finance, and Legal to standardize processes and reporting.

Role focuses on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement, including the EMEA Payroll Consolidation project, with in-office work four days per week.
