EMEA Partnerships Growth Manager

Supabase seeks a Partner Development Manager, EMEA to drive regional partner strategy across Integration, Solution, Cloud, Marketplace, and Startup motions. You'll develop and activate partnerships, localise programs for EMEA, and coordinate with global teams. The role requires senior relationships and comfort with time-zone differences.

You'll represent Supabase at events, shape regional execution, and evolve the function as volume grows, reporting to the Head of Partnerships.
