EMEA Marketing Insights & Operations Leader

Databricks is seeking a Manager, Marketing Insights & Operations in London to serve as the embedded insights partner to the VP/GM of EMEA Marketing and their leadership team. You will bring analytical rigor to plan, forecast, measure and improve marketing outcomes across regions, collaborating with Finance, Sales Ops, and Campaign Ops.

The role focuses on standardizing dashboards, developing leading indicators, and driving adoption of data-driven marketing practices across EMEA.
