EMEA HR Leader: Talent, Engagement & Growth

Merit Medical Galway is seeking an HR Manager to shape and deliver a high impact people agenda across EMEA, reporting to the VP HR EMEA. You will lead Talent Attraction, Development, Engagement, Retention and Reward for Operations and Commercial business clients.

This senior role requires a strategic, collaborative HR leader with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in people management, ideally in a fast paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
