EMEA Global Service Delivery Director

Siemens Software is seeking a visionary Director for Global Service Delivery to lead end-to-end engineering support across Americas, EMEA and APAC. The role drives service quality, regional consistency, and a Follow-the-Sun operating model while shaping transformation of the SD function.

You will guide three Regional SD Leads, manage budgets/headcount, and partner with GTI GOE and Architecture to elevate developer productivity and customer satisfaction.
