EMEA Employment Counsel - Policy, Compliance & Risk

Stripe is seeking an Employment Counsel to join our Europe, the Middle East and Africa team based in London. You will advise the People team and partners on employment law across EMEA, helping to manage cross-border risk and regulatory changes.

You will draft policies, review agreements, and collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and protect Stripe's growth and people strategy in a fast-paced tech environment.
