Primary Responsibilities
As the EMEA Electrical Business Class Lead, you will:
- Build a best-in-class practice, including:
- Driving the community of practice
- Partnering with stakeholders to develop a network of technical experts
- Developing mentoring and succession strategies for technical expertise
- Implementing communication strategies for knowledge sharing
- Developing tools and promoting technical excellence
- Maintaining project delivery tools, standards, and workflows
- Partnering with Digital Delivery on digital content and workflows
- Driving quality and leading quality initiatives
- Ensuring project teams leverage subject matter experts effectively
- Fostering innovation and thought leadership
- Supporting strategic pursuits and interviews
- Recruiting and retaining top talent
- Enhancing client and market recognition through awards, publications, and speaking engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 10 years of experience
- Commitment to quality and HDR values
- Professional registration and experience managing diverse teams
- Collaborative approach with leadership and marketing teams
- Active participation in our employee-owned culture
