EMEA E-Commerce Legal Counsel

TikTok is seeking a Legal Counsel for ECommerce in the UK & EU based in London. You will advise on UK/EU product compliance, consumer protection, advertising, and IP matters for the TikTok Shop marketplace.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent compliance across jurisdictions. Ideal candidates bring strong in-house or law-firm background in IP, media, tech or ecommerce, with familiarity in DSA, GPSR, and market surveillance rules.
