EMEA Director, Technical Services - Incident Leader

Everpure seeks a Director of Technical Services EMEA to lead regional service delivery with end-to-end accountability for outcomes. You will drive strategy, governance, and operational excellence across EMEA, partnering with Customer Advocacy, Escalations Engineering, Professional Services and Sales.

You will oversee high severity incidents, complex environments, and 24x7 operations, while building leadership capability and scalable processes across multiple sites and cultures.
