EMEA Director, Customer Care & Service Excellence

iRobot is seeking a Director, EMEA Customer Care to lead operations across the region, shaping service strategy, customer experience, and cost-efficient delivery. You will oversee contact center, repair, service partners, warranties, and budget performance while partnering across Product, Engineering and Global Customer Care teams.

You will build a high-performing leadership team, drive digital transformation and AI-enabled service capabilities, and represent EMEA in executive reviews, ensuring
