EMEA Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager

Socket is hiring a driven Customer Success Manager to join our sales team. You will be a key partner in post-sales efforts, building relationships with Security teams and guiding product feedback to support long-term growth with customers.

You will collaborate with Go-to-market, Engineering and Professional Services teams to increase customer adoption, lead health checks, and manage renewals and upsell opportunities across our SMB portfolio.
