Sphera is seeking a dynamic leader to head the EMEA Customer Success team for a high-growth, global B2B SaaS business. You will guide the expansion of customer success across the region, focusing on retention, adoption, and expansion with large enterprise customers.

You will manage about 8 Customer Success Managers and partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless, value-driven customer experience across EMEA.
