Job Description

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Sunbury on Thames to lead and support its EMEA Customer Service team. The role balances hands-on order management with team leadership, working across orders, quotations, logistics and customer queries to maintain excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have several years in customer service, ERP experience (preferably SAP SD) and a track record of coaching teams.
