EMEA Benefits Strategist & Compliance Lead

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced EMEA Senior Benefits Partner to lead day-to-day benefits administration across multiple countries, focusing on cost, compliance, and employee experience.

You will partner with Legal, Payroll and People Success to design and refine benefit programs, manage vendors, and deliver data-driven insights for renewals and budgeting. The role requires strong Excel skills and Workday/HRIS experience, and fluency in English.
