Embedded Software Team Lead - C/C++, UML, RTOS

World Class Defence Organisation is seeking a hands-on Software Team Leader to drive a medium-sized team delivering missile control software. You will oversee end-to-end development from requirements to deployment, in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

You will work with the Software Project Leader and engineers across departments to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and continuous improvement in the software lifecycle.
