IN A NUTSHELLWe're looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Executive to join our Loyalty team at Bulk. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating impactful email marketing campaigns to enhance the customer experience.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing email campaigns across all 16 of our markets, ensuring personalized and engaging content for our customers. Reporting to the Head of Loyalty and Retention, you'll play a key role in campaign execution, optimization, and reporting that drive customer retention and loyalty.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Manage end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns across 16 markets, from building and testing to audience segmentation, execution, and optimization.
- Reporting & Analytics: Take ownership of weekly and monthly email performance reports, sharing insights and tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Collaboration & Briefing: Work closely with the Loyalty team and cross-functional teams to brief, plan, and execute campaigns aligned with broader marketing and brand goals.
- Innovative Campaign Ideas: Contribute fresh, creative ideas to enhance the customer journey, focusing on improving the email experience and increasing engagement.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B and multivariate tests to continually optimize email content, subject lines, and sending strategies, using data to guide decisions.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Advocate for the customer at every touchpoint, ensuring every email is relevant, personalized, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and email best practices to enhance strategy and customer experience.
- Documentation: Develop playbooks to ensure insights are accessible, creating a sustainable repository for long-term learning.
- Approximately 2 years of demonstrated experience in email marketing.
- Experience in CRM campaign activations (email, SMS) and familiarity with ESPs (e.g., Emarsys).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo for team or customer benefit.
- Good analytical skills, with experience using Google Sheets and Google Analytics preferred.
- Up-to-date with trends to enhance user experience.
- Passion and interest in fitness and/or sports nutrition.
- Proactive, hands-on, organized, self-motivated.
- Ability to navigate challenging environments and complex situations.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
