What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the development and execution of global email and retention strategies
• Creating advanced automations, behaviour-based segments, and personalised campaigns
• Driving loyalty, subscription, and reactivation programs
• Analysing and optimising performance to boost retention and customer lifetime value
• Partnering closely with growth, creative, and marketing teams

We'd Love to See:

• 3+ years' experience in email or CRM marketing (ecommerce a big plus)
• Klaviyo expertise and strong understanding of lifecycle marketing
• A performance-driven, analytical mindset with solid reporting chops
• A track record of improving retention and LTV through smart strategies
• Creative thinking and strong communication skills to build standout campaigns
