EMA Reporting Associate (f/m/d)

Join STADA as an EMA Reporting Associate to ensure compliance with European Medical Agency (EMA) reporting requirements for centrally registered products. In this role, you will monitor stock levels across European markets, including Germany, manage critical supply shortage communications, and support regulatory obligations. You will also contribute to additional projects designed to meet evolving EMA requirements, ensuring a proactive approach to regulatory and supply challenges. This position is essential to STADA's commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
In your role as EMA Reporting Associate, you are responsible for:
- You monitor daily stock levels for the centrally registered product portfolio through regular communication with STADA markets in Western and Eastern Europe, including Germany.
- You consolidate and track all reported cases of out-of-stock situations across European markets.
- You liaise with Central Planning, Regulatory, and QA colleagues to provide written feedback to EMA on stock levels, supply shortages, projected supply resumptions, and demand-supply analytics.
- You participate in calls and online sessions organized by EMA during supply shortage tensions and escalate internal alerts when necessary.
- You declare stock levels, confirmed shortages, and supply risks on EMA online portals accurately and on time.
- You support the preparation of analytics and reports for impacted portfolios and provide updates to EMA as needed.
- You consolidate information required for EMA's Supply Shortage Prevention Pilot project and contribute to other projects initiated to meet EMA requirements.
- You have a degree from an Engineering or Business School with a focus on supply chain management or logistics.
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, regulatory, or a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- You demonstrate strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and have provable experience with SAP; knowledge of regulatory reporting tools is an advantage.
- You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You excel in stakeholder collaboration and problem-solving, combining analytical thinking with proactive decision-making skills
- You have excellent communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level; knowledge of German is also preferred.
