ELSA Senior Teaching Assistant - Emotional Wellbeing Support

Catmose College is seeking an Emotional, Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to join a dedicated safeguarding and wellbeing team. The role focuses on targeted ELSA interventions to support students' learning, wellbeing and personal development within a secondary school setting.

We require a minimum of two years' relevant experience and an appropriate professional qualification. Training in ELSA or related approaches is an advantage, with term-time hours and a comprehensive induction programme
